Built for Creators Who Ship

ClipCannon started as a simple question: what if your AI assistant could edit video as naturally as it writes code?

We built the answer — a 54-tool MCP pipeline that turns any AI assistant into a full video production team. From ingestion to rendering, voice cloning to lip-sync avatars, every capability is exposed as a tool your assistant can call in conversation.

ClipCannon is released under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1). You can read the source code, run it for non-production use, and contribute to the project today.

On January 1, 2030, the license automatically converts to Apache 2.0, making the code fully open source. This is the same license model used by MariaDB, CockroachDB, and Sentry.

If you need a production license before the conversion date, contact us to discuss commercial licensing.
